  Gecube Warranty Statement:  
1.
Gecube's Warranty service is provided only to the original purchase with originalinvoice and documentation which is FROM GECUBE official Distributor.
 
2. The following items are OUT OF WARRANTY even if returned after purchased!!
  Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by customer.
Any items that become non-functional due to customer improper use.

Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products.
Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt.
Any items which is not sold from our official distributors or resellers.
 
3. GPU or ASIC device (VGA) is sensitive to thermal (heat) issue. The ventilation part or cooler fan is designed to meet the requirement for reliability of the product. It is not allowed to dismantled or take off the ventilation part or cooler fan as this may causes damage to the GPU or ASIC device due to improper re-installation. Non-compliance will cause the warranty of the product void at user expenses.
 
4. Currently Gecube does not directly provide any warranty extensions. Please contact your reseller or distributor for any independent warranty extensions that may be available through the reseller. Any warranty extensions provided by the reseller are independent of Gecube.
 
5. All replacement product may include new, remanufactured or refurbished product and parts.
 
6. Any repaired, replaced or exchanged product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.

8. Gecube reserves the right to change this policy without advance notice.
